The Causes

  • Improper primer selection
  • Unclean surface before repainting

  • Basecoat colour applied too dry and dusty

  • Clearcoat applied on overnight drying Basecoat colour

How to Fix

  1. Remove coats with poor adhesion
  2. Sand & clean substrates thoroughly with Nax degreaser
  3. Repaint with Nippon Paint 2705 Epoxy Primer , Nippon Paint 238 2K Primer or Nippon Paint HS Filler follow by Topcoat.
